Every order is made to order! When you buy a product, we make it on the spot just for you. Each order goes into production within 24-48 hours, and most orders are shipped out in 3-6 business days. Once shipped, it should take 2-5 business days to be delivered.

All shipments are fully trackable, and a tracking link is provided to you via email in your shipping confirmation. Feel free to contact us within 30 days of when your order was made, at the latest, otherwise we can't make claims or investigate the shipment with the freight company.
