Speed is our priority! Your order goes into production within 24-48 hours, and most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days. If an order is placed on a Friday or during the weekend, it will ship out on Monday.
DO I GET A TRACKING LINK?
All shipments are fully trackable, and a tracking link is provided to you in your shipping confirmation. Feel free to contact us within 30 days of when your order was made, at the latest, otherwise we can't make claims or investigate the shipment with the freight company.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer free shipping on all orders above $75 USD, or equivalent in your currency. If you place an order for less we have to charge a flat rate shipping fee depending on the product, or equivalent in your currency, to cover some of the cost for the shipping.
